How can you use these Lessons To Raise Money With Italian Macaroni Dinners?
This Italian dinner event works as a perfect compliment to any of the school fundraisers we share using our free brochure programs.
- Food: First of all, they teamed up with a local restaurant called Planet Pizza to provide the food for the event. However, you could also get the parents to cook the spaghetti and meatballs to save some money. They prepared 80 pounds of spaghetti with 40 gallons of marinara sauce and 100 pounds of meatballs. Parents and teachers volunteered to serve the guests. Charge an entry fee that pays for the food and decorations.
- Prizes: This is where you will raise your money. The New Lebanon School PTA has also teamed up with parents and local businesses in the community. The kids are excited about these donated prizes! There was a money tree worth $250, a wreath made of $100 lottery tickets, an Xbox, and an Apple Watch too! You can do this as well. However, it requires reaching out to the business leaders in your community.
- Raise money: You can raffle off the prizes or hold a silent auction. Your PTA will raise a lot of money through this program.
