During this past school year, 2016-2017, we had the pleasure of working with two great individuals at Tracy Hamilton (aka: FundraisingZone.com). Chris and Joe were knowledgeable, cared about our school and PTA, and really went above and beyond. I am impressed with their level of knowledge, the quickness with which they answered any and all questions, and made this process as seamless as it could possibly be. My colleagues and I were blown away by how quickly the prizes for our students arrived and how they were separated by name and teacher. Also, we received our popcorn within 3 days. All popcorn was distributed and the order was perfect.

We run several Tracy Hamilton brochure fundraisers a year and appreciate the variety of products and the excellent customer service.

For the past two years, I have worked with Chris Stevens and Tracy Hamilton, Inc. for my yearly Pink Club fundraiser in September. Not only are the products interesting, but they are also well priced and of good quality. The process for distributing and collecting order forms is simple and organized. When the orders come in, they are already separated by student for quick distribution.

This past year, my fundraiser had to be delayed approximately one month, due to the devastation we suffered from Hurricane Harvey. Chris kept in contact with me, and we still managed to pull off the fundraiser despite all the added challenges. I appreciate Tracy Hamilton and Chris Stevens for all their hard work.

As a class adviser I have used Tracy Hamilton for 4 years. I have been very pleased with the service I received. My sales rep Chris Stevens has always been available for whatever questions or problems that might arise. She has always been diligent in this respect. My school program has used https://fundraisingzone.com for the past two years. We have exceeded our fundraising goals both years, and I have been very pleased with the experience. The merchandise in the catalogs is reasonably priced, and is all fine quality with beautiful packaged. Furthermore, my experience with my sales rep, Chris Stevens, has been professional and has surpassed any other fundraising that my school program has utilized. The sales incentives are great, especially when I take advantage of early commitment incentives. The merchandise comes presorted by seller and grade level, with the boxes clearly labeled so I know which box a particular student’s order is in. There is no post-delivery work on my end. The students come and collect their presorted items to deliver to their customers. Fundraising Zone is the company that I will continue to use to raise money for our school program.
