To get started, simply request brochures by contacting us at 1.800.645.6550. We’ll ship you your fundraising sales kit. It includes catalogs, collection envelopes and, order form. If you want a custom parent letter, we can create one for you, or you can provide your own for us to print. There are no upfront costs for your school or kids group.
Crazy About Cookies Fundraiser
Once you have your materials, explain the fundraising goals to your members and set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. You’ll sell items from the Crazy About Cookies Fundraiser brochure. Volunteers can show the catalog to family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Tell them about your sale and invitie them to order tubs of Crazy About Cookies cookie dough. You can also ask friends and family to take the brochure to work for a day to help collect sales. Participants will complete the order form with customer details and collect the payment. Customer checks should be payable to your organization. We recommend selling for 2 weeks.
At the end of the selling period (usually 2-3 weeks), collect the order forms and money from your sellers. A minimum order requires 200+ items, so if your order falls short, you’ll need to round it up.Once completed, email the order to [email protected]. We’ll upload your order into our system, email you reports and an invoice, and you’ll retain your upfront profit.
For payment, review the invoice and choose to pay by mailing a school/business check, money order, or credit card, along with a copy of the invoice. You can easily pay by credit card over the phone. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will ship upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
High Profit
Your organization will earn up to 50% profit, and you’ll keep your profit upfront. Shipping is free for orders with 200 or more items. The Crazy About Cookies cookie dough is shelf-stable for up to 6 days at room temperature (66-77 F), refrigerated for up to 6 months, and frozen for up to 1 year.
Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll contact you to provide delivery details such as carrier, tracking, and delivery window if available
