After all participants, parents, customers and
sponsors have either received and or inspected all orders please
fill out this form and then hit the submit button below. Your
claim will be reviewed by a service representative and you will
be contacted within three business days. (We are not responsible
for discrepancies or missing merchandise claims after three weeks
of delivery of your merchandise)
